Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the Jur PH online gaming website accessible at jur-ph.com, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Jur PH Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their Account using a supported payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by Jur PH, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of player-controlled features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on Jur PH and creating an Account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the following documents which are incorporated herein by reference:

• The Jur PH Privacy Policy, as published at /privacy-policy;
• The Jur PH Responsible Gaming Policy, as published at /responsible-gaming;
• Any specific bonus or promotional terms applicable to offers you elect to participate in, as published on the Current Offers page.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Jur PH will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the Jur PH Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Jur PH enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts on the Platform.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Jur PH, or an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for cause.
7. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Jur PH Platform at any given time. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any of the information you have provided changes. Jur PH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your Jur PH Account;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify Jur PH's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

Jur PH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be your responsibility.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jur PH supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Jur PH does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Jur PH reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Jur PH reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by law.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jur PH offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified Account on Jur PH, unless otherwise specified.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the bonus period will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the specific bonus terms for each offer.
• Jur PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Jur PH reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

The Jur PH Loyalty Program operates under its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at /loyalty-program. In the event of any conflict between the Loyalty Program terms and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the Jur PH Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate for each game.

By participating in any game on the Jur PH Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by Jur PH or any third party;
• The result of any completed game round is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out below;
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, Jur PH will investigate and, where appropriate, restore the Player's Account to its pre-malfunction state;
• Jur PH reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised by technical error, software malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

Specific rules for individual game categories — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games — are published within each game's help or information section on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jur PH Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your Account, the forfeiture of your Account balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, and payment fraud;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jur PH staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

Jur PH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing Players with the tools and information they need to keep their gaming activity within healthy limits. Gaming on Jur PH is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a means of generating income, and it is not appropriate for individuals who are experiencing financial difficulty.

Jur PH provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, all of which are accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jur PH Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of Jur PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Jur PH;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Jur PH.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in the termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jur PH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Jur PH's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the Platform.

Jur PH's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Jur PH's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy

Jur PH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jur PH will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by Jur PH to operate the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Jur PH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Jur PH will provide registered Players with at least fourteen (14) days' notice via the email address associated with their Account before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of your Account balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.

14 Termination and Suspension

Jur PH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, Jur PH reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, net of any amounts owed to Jur PH, unless the Account has been terminated due to fraud or money laundering, in which case the balance may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory guidance.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Jur PH's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Jur PH Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
