7 Data Sharing and Disclosure

Jur PH does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers engaged to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers receive only the data necessary to process your transactions.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party providers engaged to verify your identity, age, and the authenticity of documents submitted during the KYC process.
• Fraud detection and security providers: Third-party services engaged to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and money laundering on the Platform.

• Professional advisers: Lawyers, auditors, and other professional advisers engaged by Jur PH in connection with legal proceedings, compliance reviews, or corporate transactions, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

8 Data Retention

Jur PH retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• KYC verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Customer support communications: Retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of the communication, unless the communication relates to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding, in which case it will be retained until the matter is resolved.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for a period of two (2) years following account closure.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless required for longer retention for security or fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with Jur PH's data disposal procedures. Anonymized data (from which you cannot be identified) may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes.

9 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by Jur PH:

1. Right to be informed: You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed. This Privacy Policy fulfils that obligation.
2. Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that Jur PH holds about you, together with information about how it is processed.

10 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Jur PH uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the Platform. They allow us to recognize your device, maintain your session, and remember your preferences.

Jur PH uses the following categories of cookies:

The Jur PH platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. Jur PH does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Our registration process includes age verification steps designed to prevent minors from creating accounts on the Platform.

If Jur PH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
